Gingerbread Houses

We made our own "Gingerbread Houses" out of graham crackers and frosting.
The best part was eating them after we made them!

Did your kids like eating them? My boys ate off all the candy and then left the battered ruins of the cracker! This was the 1st time we didn't go and buy a kit to make, it was way more fun this way!

What a great family activity. Maybe someday one of your kiddos will be an architect? Merry Merry!!

Good idea to eat them right away. That's been our problem. We didn't plan on it getting eaten. Ours is in our front room, hard as a rock but apparently someone is eating it, one jelly bean or sprinkle at a time. He's not supposed to be but a mother always knows. It helps that every time he sneaks a piece of candy, he hides his face under the couch cushion to eat it.
